Also, not to forget, many like President Joe Biden, Elon Musk, and Lil Nas X are part of the same list, that Ohtani has landed with his amazing gameplay. He had a full profile where Rodriguez compared him to be a better version of all three baseball stars, known for their varied competencies.
Shohei Ohtani had hit a slump, in August, only three months ago. However, he still managed to dwell in second place on the world baseball rankings. Shohei has often been compared to Babe Ruth throughout this MLB season. The player is fifth in the OPS+ and has 44 home runs already added to his name.

Shohei Ohtani is the second baseballer to appear on the TIME list after Chien-Ming Wang in 2007. He has also presented himself as an amazing pitcher, with a 3.36 ERA across 115 1/3 innings. His strikeout-minus-walk rate stands among the top 30, coupled with a 7.7 bWAR leading ahead of all players as of now.
