Controversial influencer Andrew Tate has been denied permission to visit his ill mother in the UK. Earlier this month, geographical restrictions were eased against the Tates, allowing them to travel freely around Romania with the court’s prior approval.
Andrew Tate had planned to return to the UK. Taking to X (previously known as Twitter) Tate updated his followers on the status of his appeal. He wrote:

Andrew Tate’s mother, Eileen Tate, recently suffered a heart attack, leading to her hospitalization. Andrew shared this unfortunate news on social media, stating that he had requested the court for an emergency visit to London. Paramedics went to Eileen Tate’s location, and she will undergo emergency surgery in the hospital to address the health issue.
The denial came amidst Andrew’s legal situation in Romania. Romanian authorities arrested Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan in December 2022 on charges of human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal organization. The charges allege that the group engaged in human trafficking in Romania, Britain, and the United States in 2021.
