Andrew Tate has been in jail almost since the start of this year. He has now updated his will and has vowed to donate his money to men who have been falsely accused and are in jail for it.

The Tate brothers had their house raided by the Romanian police and were taken in custody for allegedly being involved in a human trafficking racket. The brothers have pleaded innocent to the court but are not allowed even bail.

They are in jail only for being alleged of the crime but not for being proven guilty. Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, have continuously pleaded not guilty in court but to no avail. Now Andrew has decided that this is enough and has decided to help men who are in similar conditions as them.

With the brothers in jail, they haven’t been able to use their social media presence and influence to inspire young men around the world. Only time will tell if they are guilty or innocent.

Tristan and Andrew Tate have been taken into custody under the charges of human trafficking by the Romanian police. Just allegations. Not proven guilty. Their lawyer has come out to the public that their human rights are being violated since they are not even allowed bail.

With no proof or evidence submitted to the court yet, it is easy to assume that the brothers are not guilty. But is that the case? Their old website was recently gone through by a YouTuber, TrueGeordie, who uncovered some facts that could prove that they indeed might be guilty.

With the scales tipping to both sides, it is difficult to make a judgment on Tristan and Andrew Tate’s case. It is only with the further investigation that the people would come to know if they are indeed guilty or if they were just wrongfully arrested.
