Former Kickboxing champion and controversial influencer, Andrew Tate has been charged with Rape and Human trafficking in Romania. After months of investigation, jail time and house arrest, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been officially indicted on multiple charges. The recent news of Tate’s arrest has left his fans in turmoil as they find the constant attack on Tate’s freedom highly concerning.

Controversial kickboxer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been charged with r*pe, human trafficking and forming a criminal group to s**ally exploit women by the Romanian authorities. Two more female Romanian citizens have also been charged alongside the Tate brothers. The recent charges follow Tate’s arrest in December last year .

According to a statement by the Romanian authorities, Tate and his co-defendants formed a criminal organization in 2021 to commit Human Trafficking in Romania. The release also states that Andrew and his crime group misled seven women with promises of love or marriage and forced them into s*x work. One victim has also accused a member of the crime ring to have allegedly r*ped her twice. There are also separate charges under investigation which include money laundering and trafficking of minors.

Both Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate are in complete denial of all the charges and their media team has issued a statement regarding the recent indictment. “While this news is undoubtedly predictable, we embrace the opportunity it presents to demonstrate their innocence and vindicate their reputation,” said Andrew’s media team.
Fans of the Tate brothers are in turmoil after the news of the indictment. Few fans also claim authorities have charged the Tate brothers with crimes similar to Hunter Biden.

Controversial kickboxer, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been indicted on charges of human trafficking, r*pe and forming a criminal gang. The indictment comes six months after their first arrest in December 2022. Prosecutors and Romanian authorities have stated the Tate brothers recruited their victims by seducing and misleading them with claims of a relationship or a marriage.

After the news of the indictment, fans of the Tate brothers are in turmoil. While some believe Andrew is rightfully charged others are concerned that Andrew and Tristan’s freedom is being threatened. Some followers have even claimed that the Tate brothers are being charged with crimes of Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden is the son of the U.S. President Joe Biden. According to a Senate report, Hunter Biden allegedly sent funds to an Eastern European human trafficking ring. The report also cites Hunter Biden’s involvement with prostitution services.

After being indicted on the upgraded charges Andrew Tate’s media team has released a statement claiming they had already predicted the attack. The Tate brothers will now have to appear at a Bucharest Court on Wednesday morning where they will set a date for the trial. Under Romanian law, the judge has 60 days to inspect the case files to ensure legality.
