Cardi B has recently been in the news following a violent incident that happened at one of her shows in Las Vegas. The US police have been investigating after a video of the rapper retaliating by hurling a microphone at a fan went viral on social media. Andrew Tate also commented on the incident and expressed his anger.
During the same concert, another unfortunate incident occurred. A woman in the audience was hit by the microphone Cardi B threw. The woman reported the incident to the police, and it was all caught on camera. This news has been in the headlines lately, capturing the attention of the media.
Adding to the drama, Cardi B’s husband publicly accused her of cheating in their marriage. However, he quickly took down the post, but not before it caught the attention of the public. Interestingly, Andrew Tate also shared his perspective on the matter through his Twitter account. He expressed his disappointment, stating that Cardi B’s career might suffer from this incident, and lamented the declining standards in the music industry.
Tate drew comparisons with the 1989 incident involving popular duo Milli Vanilli. The incident absolutely destroyed their reputation in the music industry. However, Tate believes the standards have fallen so low that now cheating of this nature goes unconfronted. “Every single standard we held only a generation ago – even something as simple as expecting our singers to sing – has been eroded to dust.Nothing matters anymore,” Tate wrote.
How did Milli Vanilli get exposed?
Milli Vanilli, a popular pop duo, rose to fame in the late 1980s, alongside music legends like Madonna and Michael Jackson. However, their success came crashing down due to a scandal that forever changed their lives.
As their fame grew, suspicions arose about Fab Morvan and Rob Pilatus being the actual vocalists. Their limited English language skills during interviews, in stark contrast to their flawless accents in songs, provoked suspicion. These doubts were confirmed during a live performance in Connecticut in July 1989.
A recording of one of their popular songs skipped, exposing their lip-syncing act. This led to a hasty exit from the stage. The fallout was devastating, with their Grammy for Best New Artist being revoked. In 2014, the truth emerged as backup singers and male leads revealed their roles.
Attempting a comeback with the album “Rob & Fab” in 1993, the duo faced challenges with poor publicity and distribution, resulting in meager sales. Tragedy struck in 1998 when Rob Pilatus was found dead in a German hotel room.
