Street fights are pretty common around the world. In some cities, these are everyday happenings, and the internet has no shortage of intense parking lot throwdowns. One such video is making its rounds around the internet where a street fighter gets humbled really quickly.
The video showed two men who seemed to have engaged in an argument of some sort. A third member of the opposite party tried to break the two men off as they got some distance between them. However, one of the men was not done with the staredowns and the verbal abuses. A bystander was recording the entire incident.
Noticing the man recording, one of the men walks up to the camera and starts talking: ” Yeah I’m from Newyork and I’m by myself, f*ck these…”. The entire situation is taking place in the parking lot of a gas station in broad daylight. Suddenly, the man talking to the camera turns around and starts following his former rival. The other man did not back out and stood his ground.
The two men had completely different physiques. One was tall and lanky, while the other man had some meat on him, and his mass would definitely lend to his punch. The two men faced off once again when suddenly, the lanky man charged at the other and threw the first punch. Immediately, the brawl broke out as both men went to the ground. Soon, the stout man gained control over his opponent, and he started the unfortunate ground and pound on his opponent.
Netizens react to the video of the street fight in the parking lot on X
The video quickly went viral on social media. Some drew comparisons of the intense ground and pound to that of retired UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. Here are some of the reactions from X (previously known as Twitter ) :
Khabib Nurmagomedov has mentioned his involvement in street fights during his younger days. He had a natural flair for combat and had several street fights since a young age. The Dagestani became the UFC lightweight champion and remained undefeated throughout his career. He also holds the record for one of the longest winning streaks in the UFC. Khabib retired from fighting in 2021, citing familial reasons. He later retired from the sport completely in 2023 to focus more on his family.
