The much-anticipated clash between ONE champions Rodtang Jitmuangnon and Superlek lived up to its expectations. The fight was one of the best displays of both fighter’s abilities and skills. Both Rodtang and Superlek made it one of the most entertaining fights in ONE championship history. However, Superlek was the winner after a hard-fought three rounds.

The fight incorporated elements of both kickboxing and Muay Thai as Superlek’s dangerous kicks were shaking up the whole arena. However, Rodtang was no less as he displayed his ferociousness and landed two elbows in the first round which cut open his opponent’s forehead. Despite his dominant performance in the first round, Rodtang was knocked down by a vicious elbow from Superlek in the second.

Both fighters looked ready to score points going into the third round as Rodtang started off by applying pressure on his opponent. He was able to catch Superlek with multiple jabs and elbows. Rodtang was even able to throw his opponent to the ground after overpowering him. His fight IQ was unmatched throughout the match but was not enough to secure victory.

However, fans are also upset as Superlek had missed weight right before the fight. The fight ended with both fighters appreciating each other and realizing that they had made history. Both champions met in the middle of the ring and embraced each other after a three-round war. Fans will look forward to seeing the rematch between the two fighters soon.

The fight was highly anticipated by both Muay Thai and kickboxing fans. Many fans believe that the fight should have gone Rodtang’s way as they believed that he was the aggressor and landed more punches. Both Rodtang and Superlek are masters of their respective skill sets and will continue to dominate their opponents. However, fans want to see the two get back in the ring again. The fight was truly one for the history books as it was a display of Muay Thai and Kickboxing at its best.
