MMA fighter Blake Perry shows what he is made of after fighting with a crooked nose. During last weekend’s Urijah Faber’s A1 Combat event, Perry fought opponent Marcel McCain in a welterweight bout. Before the fight started, Perry looked confident but it turned out to be a very unfortunate night for the fighter.
During the first round, Perry got hit by a nasty knee to his face by McCain and his nose got broken. Despite taking the shot, Perry looked unfazed and went to trade shots with McCain. His nose was busted and out of shape but Perry decided to continue fighting. However, the ring side doctors noticed the brutal injury and stopped the fight immediately.
When the camera zoomed in while Perry was being attended by his cornormen, the severity of the injury was seen. His nose looked extremely bad and can be considered as one of the worst nose injuries in the history of MMA fighting. Events such as this proves why MMA is one of most dangerous sports in the world.
During the fights these athletes risk their lives and are prone to many dangerous injuries. There are many cases where fighters suffer horrific leg injuries, skull fractures, etc. One of the most popular in recent times being the one where Conor McGregor snapped his leg into two in his last fight.

Perry’s girlfriend, Salena took to Instagram and shared a positive and heartfelt message for the fans and followers who wished the fighter good recovery.
She mentioned that Blake Perry is a warrior and will not back out because of this injury. She revealed that this is not the end and they will bounce back harder after recovering.
“@blakemma170 is a warrior and would have kept fighting if the Dr didn’t stop it. This is the last of him, we will be back and better soon. Thanks everyone for all the love. Much appreciated. ,” Wrote Salena.
Salena is a strong individual and is ready to stand with her boyfriend during these times. She has always been a huge cheerleader for the fighter during his fights. The couple also shared a picture of them after the fight in which Perry’s nose looked way better and in the correct place.
