Tristan Tate, like his older brother Andrew Tate, used to compete professionally in kickboxing. Tristan primarily supported Andrew’s kickboxing career by working shifts, sparring alongside Andrew, and doing many other things that allowed Andrew to succeed.

Tristan explained in a viral interview that while he was succeeding as a European champion, he had an accident in Transylvania that left him with a serious shoulder injury. His burgeoning kickboxing career was over because of the accident.
