Dillon Danis and Ariel Helwani are here to entertain MMA fans. There might not be any fights scheduled for this weekend but at least we all get to watch two interesting characters in the MMA community wage war against each other.

Dillon Danis, the Bellator MMA professional has done more interviews than actual fights. The fighter has not fought for a long time but has stayed relevant by putting himself in controversial events. Ariel Helwani on the other hand is also not someone new to controversies. He is one of the most loved, at the same time, most hated MMA reporters. Earlier today, Danis decided to go on a rant about Helwani after the recent insults the reporter has spit towards the fighter.

“Ariel It’s bad enough you’ve been fired by every media outlet Don’t beg for crumbs from joke paul by attacking me Just fade into oblivion,” wrote Danis attacking Ariel for taking his rival, Jake Paul’s side. Danis has previously been on Ariel’s interview show and the reporter did not hold back while talking to him.

“Took me awhile to read your insipid, bland, lifeless, Junior High “Journalism”. You’re a terrible writer What did you do w/the $ your Mommy gave you for writing lessons? God knows you didn’t buy a gym membership with it Your arms look like car antennas,” Danis wrote. The fighter didn’t stop there and continued to roast Ariel.

Helwani is not someone to shy away from saying what he feels either. He is one of the top MMA journalists and has interviewed all the major stars. The fighter is banned from UFC events and now hosts his own show called the MMA Hour. After Danis went on a rant, Ariel wrote had his series of tweets too.

“I don’t know what’s sadder: The fact that it took @dillondanis six whole days to reply or the fact that he had to call upon the worst judge in MMA history, Douglas Crosby, to write that shitty material for him because he couldn’t think of anything witty himself,” wrote Ariel responding to Danis’ insults.

Helwani also posted a screenshot of Danis’ private messages after the fighter called Helwani a “two-faced bum”. Ariel also did not fail to mention that Danis’ insults were not his own and instead plagiarised. “Also, why would you recycle bapa’s lazy material? I mean, I was just gonna ignore this because we’re all bored of it but now I have to reply just based on the fact that you plagiarized someone else’s work. At least come up with your own lame-o insults guys!”
