Find Out: Which tennis players would Naomi Osaka choose to go on a dance with, cook with or be more like

Naomi Osaka Garbine Muguruza Petra Kvitova and Aryna Sabalenka

Naomi Osaka was devastating on hard courts this season. She won the US Open in September, beating Victoria Azarenka in the Finals. Following that, she triumphed at the Australian Open. In the finals of the Australian Open, she got the better of Jennifer Brady. Post the Australian Open she took a break from tennis.

Understandable considering the whole host of endorsements that she has, she has to allot shooting time to them too. She was back on tour at the Miami Masters. But, the relatively slower courts at Miami offered a different kind of challenge for Osaka, something she is not ready to deal with yet. Maria Sakkari beat Osaka in the Quarter-Finals of the event.

Post Miami, Osaka is finally back on court at the WTA Madrid Open. In the first match here, she beat Misaki Doi 7-5 6-2. Clay courts will be the real challenge for Osaka, who has been found lacking in her defensive game. The world no.2 will hope to close the gap on Ash Barty, but that looks a little unlikely at the moment considering how well Barty is playing.

But Osaka was having a bit of fun on the sidelines, at Madrid. She was asked to choose partners for different activities, from among a pool of WTA tennis players. She chose Garbine Muguruza for dancing. She zeroed in on Petra Kvitova to be her cooking partner, as Kvitova looks like she can be a good cook according to Osaka.

She would like to travel to Australia with Ash Barty for obvious reasons, and would like to be more fiery on court like Aryna Sabalenka. Osaka said she would want to have the phone contacts of Simona Halep, because she has been on tour longer and must have important phone numbers.  At the end she said she would call Karolina Pliskova on a bad day.
