23X1 Racing and its sponsor Dr. Pepper came together in 2021 and introduced a tuition program to provide a motive for students willing to pursue careers in the motorsports industry.

On Thursday, the team announced that they are coming back with the tuition program to benefit and expand students of the 23X1 SPEED (Scholarship, Professional Education, Executive Development) Institute. The selected students will receive financial aid and internship opportunities at the 23X1 SPEED Institute.

“23XI Racing was founded with more in mind than just being competitive on the race track,” 23X1 Racing President Steve Lauletta

Steve Lauletta feels that with a tuition program, the students will be encouraged to come and take part in expanding their knowledge in the field and benefitting the team too. He went on to say that 23X1 Racing was found with the purpose of being much more than just a racing team. He also said that their tie-up with Dr. Pepper for the tuition program serves as a sole example of their vision and purpose.
