Tyler Reddick has achieved his fourth impressive victory in the 2026 season of NASCAR. Reddick seems to be enjoying the season of his life as he picks up four victories in five races so far. The 23XI Racing star made the pass on Brad Keselowski in the final laps of the race and brought home the victory. Now, Keselowski opens up on the winning move and snaps back at the race-winner.
The Goodyear 400 went exactly how everyone expected it to be, filled with chaos. However, Tyler Reddick managed his performance well through the thick and thin to ultimately pick up his fourth victory this season. Brad Keselowski, who is still recovering from his injury, was dumbfounded by the reasons behind Reddick’s extremely competitive pace in the #45 car.
Now, Brad Keselowski has spoken bluntly about the Darlington race and criticized Tyler Reddick’s contact in the final laps. Keselowski admitted that he was doing all he could on the track to make the #45 driver’s life hell on track. However, Reddick remained simply faster, and there was nothing the RFK star could do to defeat him. The 42-year-old accepted that this was how racing sometimes went, and not much he could do about it.
I was doing all I could to make his life hell, and he was so much faster, it didn’t matter, That’s how it goes.
Brad Keselowski told Bob Pockrass of FOX Sports.
Regardless, Brad Keselowski achieved a runner-up finish, which is definitely something to look forward to. The #6 driver ran up front all day and had a competitive pace in his car. As such, a P2 finish is great considering that he still has to take care of his recovering injury. Now, the Cook Out 400 at Martinsville is up next, and the RFK star will hope to finally emerge victorious in the race and remain competitive throughout the season.
Brad Keselowski claims Tyler Reddick ‘driving a rocket’ in the 2026 season
Tyler Reddick has remained the driver to beat as he leads the championship standings with a massive lead of 95 points over Ryan Blaney. Many people believe that the 23XI cars have extra horsepower and thus are able to achieve such good results. Even Brad Keselowski believes that Reddick is driving a rocketship of a car, as he left the former in the dust at Darlington.

Brad Keselowski accepted that he didn’t have the car to defeat Tyler Reddick in Darlington. Further, Reddick is making the car’s positive performance count and making the most of it. Keselowski asserted that RFK made the most of the day and achieved a P2 finish, which was the best they could do. As such, the 42-year-old is now looking forward to doing the same at the coming races in the 2026 season.
We didn’t have the best car today. Not compared to Tyler, Tyler drove a hell of a race, and he’s driving a rocket, and he’s making it count right now. I think we got the most out of the day we were getting to get, honest, but we scored a lot of stage points, second-place, first-place loser, but that’s OK. We’re doing the things we need to do and making the most of the days we have.
Brad Keselowski noted.
The 2026 season has been exciting so far. Despite Tyler Reddick dominating during the races, they have showcased great racing action. Thankfully, the Darlington race wasn’t as chaotic as everyone expected, especially because of the short-track package. The Martinsville race is up next, as all eyes shift to the next race. Only time will tell if Reddick manages to keep up with the dominant pace throughout the season.
