The Bristol Motor Speedway is set to make NASCAR history as it would become the first ever track to host a Major League Baseball game in 2025. The Atlanta Braves will square off against the Cincinnati Reds in a regular season game in a temporary field that would be made on the infield of the 0.5 miles oval race track.

The official announcement was made at the track by tow sports legends from Atlanta. 2020 NASCAR Cup champion Chase Elliott joined Braves legend Chipper Jones at BMS. While talking about the game, Elliott who has long been a Braves fan admitted that its really cool experience for him to be part of the promotion.

I'm a Braves fan like everybody else. Just to have a small part in this and be able to help promote it is a really cool honor for me for just growing up around watching them. ... I guarantee whoever is here is going to have a really great experience.
Chase Elliott said via Fox Sports.

He went on to assert that fans that would come to the track would have the best experience as BMS offers the best during race weeks. It is reported that the there will be 125,000 available for the game and a houseful crowd can create new MLB attendance record by a mile. The current record is 115,300.

This is one of the best facilities we come to on a yearly basis. I think everybody in the industry would tell you the same thing. It'll suit the needs for everybody involved, from the MLB to the Braves to the Reds very well. It'll be a good event.
Chase Elliott added.

Chase Elliott is excited to welcome Coca-Cola as his Richmond sponsor

The Mo:9 HMS Chevy driver had to get a new sponsor coming into the weekend. Hooters, which has been a long-time sponsor of Elliott left the sport and hence HMS had to replace it with another primary sponsor of Chase Elliott, Coca-Cola. He excited about the change for Richmond.

I'm excited to have Coca-Cola on board this weekend. There's a lot of history with Coca-Cola, with myself and my family, and it couldn't be a more natural fit. Richmond hasn't particularly been a strong track for me, but we had a good finish there in the spring, so I'm looking forward to getting back there and seeing what we can do. It'd be great to get this Coca-Cola scheme to victory lane.
Chase Elliott said.

The star driver has secured just one win so far this season, hence he would be hoping to be more productive in the last 14 races of the season with championship in mind. It will be interesting to see how many more races he can win this season.
