Hendrick Motorsports’ Chase Elliott seems really confident that he can make it into the 2024 championship-4 with his No:9 Chevy team.

The 2024 NASCAR Cup season has marked the redemption of 2020 Cup champion Chase Elliott, who had his worst season ever last year owing to an ice-skating injury. He marked him comeback with a solid start the season with consistent top-10 runs before securing a much-awaited race win at Texas Motor Speedway.
Though he has experienced a dry spell since, the No:9 Hendrick Motorsports Chevy driver has been pretty consistent. In the first six race of the playoff, Chase Elliott secured four top 10 finishes enough to help him smoothly get into the R-8 and is determined to keep the momentum alive in the penultimate round of the post-season.
While discussing about his chance of making it into the Championship-4, Chase Elliott detailed three factors that makes his team a solid choice. He highlighted how well rounded his experience team is and asserted that the dept they have really given them an edge compared to their rivals going into the season finale.

William Byron, teammate of Chase Elliott, also highlighted similar factors that will make him a contender. The HMS youngster pointed out that his team is experienced, they have great speed and are talented giving them the edge required to get promotion from the toughest Round of 8 of all time.
The whole HMS squad seems to be confident going into the penultimate round of the playoff, considering they have been fast and strong the whole season. It will be interesting see who among the three will make it into the championship four and contended for the title.
