Denny Hamlin finds the inarticulacy of NASCAR extremely infuriating as the organization dwindles to address issues

James Dennis Alan Hamlin, aka Denny Hamlin, is a 41-year-old professional car racing driver from Tampa, Florida, who sports the No.11 Toyota Camry in the NASCAR Cup Series and the No.54 Toyota Supra in the Xfinity series, both being for Joe Gibbs Racing.
He has accumulated 46 victories, including two three-time wins in the Daytona 500 and the Southern 500, respectively, and won the 2015 NASCAR All-Star race. In 2019, Denny Hamlin emerged victorious in the final race at the Phoenix Raceway. Coming to his performance in 2021, he found success nearly every week, even if that wasn’t reflected in the columns.
His 2022 campaign has so far been a rough one as he got disqualified in the Daytona 500 and the Pennzoil 400, whereas he could secure P15 and P13 in the Auto Club 400 and the Ruoff Mortgage 500 discretely. Apart from being a NASCAR driver, he also co-owns the 23XI Racing team.
Denny Hamlin calls out NASCAR on the newly proposed requirement for rain flaps

Denny Hamlin also joined Kevin Harvick’s crew chief Rodney Childers as he responded to a tweet from Fox Sports’ Bob Pockrass consequentially calling out NASCAR in which he took to address an issue with a new requirement of rain flaps for Cup cars on rainy road courses, to which Denny Hamlin tweeted “So true.”
This is a matter that the NASCAR Drivers’ Council should take into their own hands to find optimal solutions. Veterans like Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch, Joey Lagano, are a significant part of the council and have the ability to foster an open line of communication with the officials. This new Drivers’ Council is yet to meet with the NASCAR officials and will probably close the communication gap between the organization and the drivers.
Denny Hamlin is entirely transparent when it comes to controversies

Denny Hamlin hasn’t hesitated in the past and has frankly voiced his concerns and called out NASCAR’s occasional lack of efforts in addressing them. The previous year was the perfect example when he raised safety issues over the Next-Gen car and the organization’s ineffectiveness in conveying it with the drivers.
During an interview, he recently spoke out saying that he doesn’t get a response from NASCAR executives which frightens him even more.
“When it comes to the crash stuff, I’ve asked questions to two different NASCAR people, executives. I can’t get a response. That, to me, makes it even scarier,” Denny Hamlin very openly admitted. “Man, the disconnect right now between all the parties — NASCAR, the tracks, and all the drivers-is tough. It’s not a good place,” said Denny Hamlin.
The fact that NASCAR was not providing adequate information regarding the safety of the next-gen cars found him immensely discontent with the organization. He also added that the upcoming drivers need to get collocated and urged them to understand what they’re going to race in and collectively demand to have a say at any table.
