The 2024 NASCAR Cup season marked yet another championship triumph from Team Penske Racing, continuing their domination in the Next-Gen era. Joey Logano won his second Cup title in the 7th gen car, taking advantage of the playoff format and peaking at the right moment. It was a testament to the hard work that was put in by the Penske crew.
Recently the reigning champion Joey Logano talked about how the team has been able to continue their domination. He asserted that the teams have done an impressive job hiring strong crew members who are passionate above thriving with the team. Logano explains this makes the Ford team strong and regular winners.

He further pointed out that the team is expected to win every race and its part of their culture. Joey Logano pointed out that the team’s motive is to win and do it in the most professional way. It is what defines the Team Penske brand.
We’re expected to win, and the culture is that, exactly. We’re going to win and we’re going to do it in a professional way. It doesn’t have to be said anymore…That’s our brand. That’s what we are.

While talking about celebrating his championship win, with the teams that includes people that has been part of it for over a decade. He asserted that he rejoices celebrating the title win with the team that grind every day for him.
So, to be sitting here again celebrating together — I told you a little bit earlier when we were talking just what it means. It’s so cool to see everyone celebrating together. It gets more special every time because it’s the people that you work with for a long period of time. You grind it out every day together.
