The 2024 NASCAR Cup season saw some huge upset wins, including Harrison Burton’s impressive win at Daytona. The playoff featured its fair share, with Joey Logano who was almost eliminated in the Round 12, took advantage of fuel saving strategy to win at Las Vegas last week and secured him a place in the championship-4.

With him securing a spot in the finale, with just two more races left in the season, Joey Logano has now shifted his focus to helping his title defending teammate Ryan Blaney to make it into the finale. The No:12 Ford driver played an allegedly questionable role in the No:22 Ford drivers’ win last Sunday and now it’s time pay it back.

When asked about if he is willing to help Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano pointed out that he is ready to help to the reasonable extent. He is determined to make sure that he will be a good teammate to the No:12 on the car. It will be interesting to see if Blaney can win at Miami and increase the odds of Team Penske racing to win the championship.

Yes, within reason of what we can do. If there is anything that they want to try in practice or set up wise or anything like that, we are open to it. What do you guys need to make sure you have the fastest 12 Ford Mustang out there? What can we do to help you from that perspective? So, we’ll do what we can to be good teammates, for sure.

Joey Logano said ahead of Homestead Miami race.

There was times throughout the year where we had speed but we couldn’t put a race together. Times in the year that we had no speed and gosh, we were executing well but it wasn’t good enough. And it seems like right now we’re able to do both.
