2012 NASCAR Cup Serie champion Brad Keselowski is one of the most accomplished racers of his generation. In his 17-year long career in the top-tier, he has won 36 wins and also has secured 39 Xfinity series race win alongside the 2010 championship, as well as a solo Truck Series race win. This place him on the list of 75 best racers of the sports’ history.

After 13 successful seasons with Team Penske Racing during his peak, Brad Keselowski joined RFK Racing as an owner driver and has slowly transformed the team to one of the front runners in the Next-Gen era. Despite all these successes, 2014 Cup champion Kevin Harvick doesn’t see the Ford veteran winning another Bill France Cup, as doesn’t see Keselowski performing again like his peak years.

I don’t think we ever see another championship out of Keselowski… I think one of the big question marks that I have, is Brad Keselowski ever going to get back to what he was at Penske? And I think he’s done a great job at RFK. But as the driver I think he’s going to continue to make an impact at RFK with structure, organization, racing common sense and all the things that come with that.

Kevin Harvick said via Happy Hour podcast.

The ex-SHR driver further pointed out that they have seen flashes of brilliance from the RFK cars in the last two season but doesn’t see any promising signs. The restructuring of the team, addition of the third full-time car for Ryan Preece, and Chris Buescher outperforming him reduces the No:6 Ford drivers’ chances.

But I just, you know, we’ve seen flashes of brilliance out of that car over the past few years. And now you’ve got a crew chief change. And they added another car. I think Chris Buescher has outperformed him over the last couple years for sure.

Kevin Harvick added.

Kevin Harvick hasn’t seen any signs of Brad Keselowski getting back to being consistent

The only way Brad Keselowski can get back to winning ways and fight for championship, is by getting back to the peak consistency he had with Team Penske. The major reason behind it is the fact that the consistency RFK has shown is restricted to small pockets of race weeks and it would take RFK time stabilize their performance.

Can Brad Keselowski get back to that consistency that he had at Penske? And can he do that as driver and owner? I haven’t seen it yet. I think that they have the speed on occasion to go out and win some races, but it comes in small pockets. And it’s not been where it needs to be to be back in championship mode.

Kevin Harvick said.

The comments from Kevin Harvick are really disappointing for the RFK and Brad Keselowski fans, as many of them are expecting one more title win from the star racer. It would be interesting to see if the prediction from the ex-Ford driver will be proven wrong.
