Kyle Busch had a disappointing race at Indy
The race at Indy showed how much and luck Kyle Busch is having this season. He finally had a solid car that deserved atop-10 finish, but the was able to secure just P25 finish. His wreck with just a handful of laps left in the race cost him big time on Sunday.
After getting loose in our qualifying session, we worked the entire race to gain track position and in the closing laps, we had a shot to finish inside the top-10. We saved fuel throughout the race to help with our strategy which put us in position to capitalize when it mattered. The ending is just the way racing is today.Kyle Busch said.
The RCR veteran, just like most in the racing community, would be delighted that him hitting the RFK crew member didn’t result in a major injury and would also be happy about the fact that he finally had a good car. He would be looking forward to get back to producing strong performance once NASCAR returns after two weeks break.
