The 2024 NASCAR Cup season was a disappointing one for Richard Childress Racing veteran Kyle Busch. He ended the season winless, finished 20th in the points table owning the poor cars that were given to him as well as the costly mistakes he made. This also marked the end of his one race win a season win streak that lasted almost 20 years, leaving him heartbroken.

So, Kyle Busch was one of the drivers who needed the rest more than anyone else. Spending Thanksgiving and Christmas with his family would cheer him up, as it would help him prepare well for the challenging 2025 season. Recently he talked with Dirty Mo Media’s Andrew Kurland, and shared his plans for the Hollyday season.

Unlike the usual, the Busch family will have a much different Thanksgiving this year. they are travelling this season, will not at their home in California. They will be a having a really different experimnce this year and that might inspire him to work hard for the upcoming 2025 NASCAR Cup series season.

This year’s going to look a little bit different. We’re travelling this year. We’ll be out California, so we won’t be home. We’ll be doing ‘fa ra ra ra ra’ this year.

Kyle Busch preposes hilarious Christmas lights rule

While further talking about the holydays, Busch shared his frustration about seeing people preparing the Christmas lights around Halloween. He wants a law against it as he doesn’t want the lights and Christmas music to come before Thanksgiving.

There were actually people that were just getting their Christmas lights set up the day of Halloween. There should be a law against that. Way too early, way too early. Honestly, I think Christmas music doesn’t need to start until [the day after Thanksgiving].

The hilarious suggestion from Kyle Busch does make some sense, as the true holyday sprint is more special when it constrained to its given time frame and extending it makes it less exciting. But regardless, the Busch family is looking to have a great time in post season just like every other NASCAR fans.
