After a longtime, NASCAR veteran Kyle Busch found himself in a physical altercation between another driver. The RCR veteran was punched on the face my, JTGD Racing’s 2023 Daytona 500 winner Ricky Stenhouse Jr. The incident occurred at North Wilkesboro soon after the All-Star race ended over the lap two incident between the two.
Kyle Busch wrecked Ricky Stenhouse Jr. as part of his retaliation for the lap one incident where the No:8 Chevy was squeezed to the wall. But the two times Champion’s retaliation went a bit too far as Stenhouse Jr. had to DNF and it eventually led to the whole drama. The latter even hilariously said that he is ready to even have a charity match with Busch.
While discussing the drama, 2021 Cup champion Kyle Larson was asked by AP’s Jenna Fryer who would have won between Stenhouse Jr. and Busch, if it was an actual fight. The Hendrick Motorsports driver is confident that the former would win as he is someone who never quits and who doesn’t stop.
Oh, Ricky, for sure. He’s a scrapper. And he doesn’t stop. He won’t stop… He may get beat up, but he won’t quit.Kyle Larson told AP’s Jenna Fryer.
Larson adds Stenhouse would win in three rounds. “He may get beat up, but he won’t quit.”

Kyle Larson had a week to be proud of amidst the drama
The HMS driver had an impressive Indy 500 qualifying that saw him finish inside the top-5. His All-Star race went extremely well as well, as he was able to be in contention for the win despite having no practice in the new NWB Speedway pavement. Hence, he is proud of his runs this week.
I was proud of everything that we’ve been able to accomplish here at the [Indianapolis Motor] Speedway and then also proud of the way we executed our race at North Wilkesboro.Kyle Larson said.
If the drama involving Busch and Stenhouse Jr. hadn’t happened, Kyle Larson and $1 million winner Joey Logano would have occupied the headlines. They deserved it for their performance, but unfortunately the drama took the limelight.
