Bubba Wallace and Kyle Larson had a heated confrontation in Vegas. Bubba retaliated for an aggressive overtake by Larson and wrecked him. He then proceeded to shove the No:5 driver multiple times. Wallace was given a race suspension for wrecking Larson.
Bubba Wallace already put out an apology note, but he didn’t mention the 2021 champion in it. Larson revealed before the Homestead qualifying session that Wallace hasn’t either contacted him or apologized. The champion doesn’t expect such a gesture from Bubba.
Kyle Larson in his interview with Fox Sports revealed that he and Bubba haven’t had a conversation yet. He expects to talk with him soon. He added that unlike most people he doesn’t expect an apology from Wallace.
“We haven’t talked yet, but I’m sure we, hopefully, will eventually. No, I mean we haven’t talked. I feel like a lot of people are expecting him to reach out and apologize. I don’t expect an apology for anything so. I’m all good on my end,” Kyle Larson said.

Big boy Kyle Larson doesn’t expect an apology from Bubba Wallace
Kyle Larson pointed out that he is a big boy and doesn’t get hurt easily. He said that he doesn’t expect an apology or anything related from Wallace. Larson added that he moves on from things fast.
“I’m a big boy, I guess. So, I don’t get my feelings hurt easily. So, like I said I don’t expect an apology I don’t expect anything like that. Just like I said last week it is what it is and I move on from things really fast,” says Kyle Larson.
Kyle Larson pointed out that he is excited to be at Homestead as it’s one of his favorite tracks. He added that he would love to secure a win on Sunday. He said, “I’m excited to be here at Homestead. This is one of my favorite tracks so we’d love to get a win here this weekend,”.
Larson will have to redeem himself for missing out on playoffs. For that, he needs to win at least one race in the coming three weeks. Larson has the perfect chance to go for the win this weekend at Miami as he will start the race at P5, in the third row.
