Kyle Busch one of the modern-day greats of NASCAR who is surely a future NASCAR Hall of Famer has been leading the sport for nearly two decades with his legacy spread around all three national series. The two-time Cup series champion also has A Xfinity series win in his trophy cabinet and the veteran who has more than 102 Xfinity wins is the only driver to have won more than 50 races in all three of the national championships.

Kyle Busch is infamous among the NASCAR fans for his aggressive and competitive character and racing style which has put him in compromising situations more than once. The instances that happened over the course of his career have earned him the nickname ‘Rowdy’ something the current No:18 Joe Gibbs Racing driver acknowledges as part of the character it was no surprise when his latest Documentary was named after it as it hops to shed light to his NASCAR Cup Career.

Now the Truck Series Outfit Kyle Busch Motorsport owner has come forth expressing his thoughts on the film named ‘Rowdy’ ahead of his upcoming Cup race at the Sonoma Raceway. The veteran talked about how he felt about the film and was it a success in portraying the life of Kyle Busch as the NASCAR driver we all know and love.

Kyle Busch acknowledged that individuals who have been around the sports for a while will not be seeing anything new from the film but added that it is intended more for a casual race fan, who likes to learn and understand from the sports. He went on to add that if someone is a NASCAR fan for like the last few years, with limited understanding of the history, is the targeted population for the film.

“For anybody that’s been around the sport for a while, nothing in there is anything new. More so for the casual fan, if you will learn and understand. Or, if you’re a newer NASCAR fan and have only been around for the last five or eight years, you don’t necessarily know the whole history of where I came from and what all went down in the early days,” Kyle Busch said.

Kyle Busch went on to say that he feels like the film is okay and there are definitely some elements that got left out due to the time constraints. He added that he wishes they has an opportunity to do something more of the Jordon feature that was eight to nine hours long. Kyle Busch pointed out that he is looking forward to people understanding a little bit more about the Rowdy background.

“I feel like the film is OK. There are definitely some elements that got left out that’s just timing. Wasn’t enough time to show that. Wish we had an opportunity to do something more of the Jordan feature that was eight, nine hours’ worth of film that was put out. But it is what it is. Looking forward to people to understand a little bit more about the Rowdy background,” Kyle Busch added.
