Rev Racing ordered to pay a whopping $105,000 to Kyle Busch after lawsuit
Kyle Buch Motorsports has recovered all the payment due from Rev Racing with the new order from the court over settlement dispute.

The lawsuit two times NASCAR Cup champion Kyle Busch’s Truck Series team Kyle Busch Motorsports has successfully sued Rev Racing over unpaid settlements. The legal procedure has been going on since the start of the season, with both parties failing to agree on an amount that is to be paid to settle the transaction among them.
KBM developed the Trucks for the Rev Racing drivers, who are part of NASCAR’s drive for diversity project, till the 2023 season. Once Kyle Busch decided to sell all the asset of KBM to Spire Motorsports, the team ceased to exit. After the sail and some drama Rev and KBM agreed to settle the feud with a $350,000 payment.
But things backfired when Rev Racing failed to pay the whole amount with in the specified time, forcing Kyle Busch to take the legal route again. Now the court has ordered Rev to pay the unpaid $75,000 along with an additional $30000, which is part of the settlement deal. So combined KBM would get $105,000.
NASCAR expert is concerned about Kyle Busch’s mental health
The 2024 NASCAR season has been a huge disappointment for Kyle Busch at the Cup series with RCR. He hasn’t won a single race this season and hasn’t had a any promising runs that deserved one. The tams failure to field competitive cars has been the main reason for the struggles.
While recently talking about the veterans’ struggles, prominent NASCAR YouTuber Eric Estepp admitted that he is worried about the mental health of the racer. He is worried that the veteran might push himself too much with a not so good car to eventually come out on the top.
I’m less worried about Kyle Busch physically; I’m more worried about Kyle Busch mentally.Eric Estepp said.
The next-four races in the regular season would be really tough for Kyle Busch as he needs a win to secure a place in the playoffs. He would be looking forward to start the come back from this weekends’ race at Richmond.
