That’s why I wanted to come do this was to get more laps here and see the repave. We don’t really come here with NASCAR anymore so…it’s my favorite race track road course-wise in the world that I have ever been on.
Ross Chastain said at Road America.

The debut was more special for Chastan because it came with Skip Barber Racing School. He is one of the most prominent graduates of the racing school alongside Jimmie Johnson and Erik Jones amongst many. He really enjoyed the back to the back to the roots moment he had with the Aston Martin ride.

NASCAR expert expects Ross Chastain to miss the 2024 NASCAR playoffs

The 2024 NASCAR Cup season hasn’t been the best for the No:1 Chevy driver. He is winless and has found himself in a downward spiral in the last few races. He is currently P16 in the points table and is just 7 points ahead of Bubba Wallace who is coming in hot for the last playoff spot.

The biggest NASCAR YouTuber, Eric Estepp, recently shared his thoughts on the playoff scene and has admitted that he doesn’t think there is some big hopes for the Chevy driver. He admitted that it is a realistic possibility that the No:1 team will miss out on playoffs.

He could very realistically miss the playoffs. That would be a shocker.
Eric Estepp said.

The star driver has to use the off weekend to his advantage and amass the energy required to make a solid come back. He has bee more clinical on the track and should push his crew to give him cars capable of winning races.
