In combat sports, MMA produces the nastiest of the knockouts. More often than not, fighters who have highlight reel finishes get the attention of fight fans. Kendra McIntyre certainly got it with her head-kick knockout of Katarina Legorreta at LFA 182.

In the featured matchup of the prelims of LFA 182. McIntyre sent Legorreta into the shadow realm in the second round. Despite Legorreta’s tiredness, Kendra McIntyre showed amazing technique to land the kick and knock her opponent out in the strawweight matchup.

After she threw a jab from the orthodox position, McInyre switched to southpaw and again to orthodox as she threw a straight right hand. After the right straight connected, she immediately switched to southpaw and landed a left leg kick flush on the face.

Katarina Legorreta folded after she got hit in the face. McIntyre did not need any follow-up shots as she performed a walk-off knockout. She just walked off and prostrated on the canvas due to the gratifying victory that fans will remember for ages.

The same could be said for Justin Gaethje‘s head kick on Dustin Poirier at UFC 291.
