“A taste of your own medicine” Kyrie Irving gets hang by Lance Stephenson’s insane dribbling skills
Lance Stephenson bewilders Kyrie Irving on Sunday Night
Brooklyn Nets star guard Kyrie Irving finally knows how it feels when someone bewilders you through their incredible ball-control skill as Lance Stephenson didn’t miss the chance to make Irving dance on his dribbling moves on Sunday Night.
There was nothing at stake in this game for both Nets who have already qualified for the play-in tournament and the Pacers who were eliminated from the postseason games and were just playing for completing their remaining quota. But it seems that Pacers guard Stephenson was not going to let the game go easily into the hands of the Nets as he made Irving swallow his own medicine.
Although Stephenson played only for 17 minutes, he scored 10 points, 5 assists, and made 3 of 8 from the field goal area, in one of these goals he even confused Kyrie through his dribbling. It happened when 1:28 minutes were over in the second quarter and the Pacers guard slipped through Irving’s defense living him baffle and scored 2 points.

Nets led by Kyrie Irving beats Pacers to lock up 7th seed and host play-in at home on Tuesday
Even if Lance Stephenson entertained through his skill, it didn’t help the Pacers as the Nets were already dominating the game from start and defeated them by 134-126. Ironically, for the Nets, Kyrie Irving was the player who led the team in scoring by putting 35 points on the scoreboard and got proper support from teammate Kevin Durant as he scored 20 points with a career-high 16 assists, and 10 rebounds and also registered his fourth triple-double of this season.
With this, the Brooklyn Nets are now confirmed as the seventh seed team in the eastern conference and are just one win away from making their way to qualify for the 2022 NBA playoffs. “Now we get to carry some of that momentum on into Tuesday,” Kyrie Irving said.
