The world of basketball has been sent shock-waves all around when the news of Dylan Gonzalez hiring an attorney to represent her in a potential sexual assault case against Trey Songz, went viral. The allegation suggests that the former basketball player was raped by the latter. Gonzalez’ tweet upon the same came out when she labelled Songz as a ‘rapist’ on New Year’s Eve, not giving out much details at that time.
It has been brought to the notice that Dylan Gonzalez is now working with her attorney George Vrabeck upon the legal options present in-front of her against Trey Songz. To those who are not aware, Gonzalez is the second woman to come and accuse Songz of rape in the recent months. Her claims against Songz is separate from the alleged sexual assault case that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police is currently investigating.

Dylan Gonzalez makes strong accusation of rape against Trey Songz
“With what seems like endlessly recurring news of the alleged sexual assault committed by Trey Songz, I am forced to repeatedly relive in my mind, and suffer anew, the long-suppressed horror and unbearable PTSD of my rape by his very hands at a well-known Las Vegas Hotel,” the former University of Nevada, Las Vegas basketball player wrote in a statement on Tuesday.
Apart from Dylan Gonzalez, Jauhara Jeffries claimed in December that she met Songz at a New Year’s Eve party at Diddy’s Miami mansion before they continued at the night club E11EVEN. While dancing onto the couch, Jeffries claimed that she was forced against her will as Songz “inserted his fingers into her vagina”.
Having said that, Jeffries had previously sued Songz under a Jane Doe pseudonym. But Jeffries, who is in her late 20s, then decided to come forward with her real name, her attorney Ariel Mitchell previously told The Daily Beast. “She doesn’t want to hide behind the Jane Doe, she doesn’t want to be ashamed of what happened to her,” Mitchell said.
