Boston Celtics have been struggling their way throughout the start of this season and are even doubted by critics around to even make it to the playoffs this season. The roaster of Boston Celtics is currently led by Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown as Marcus Smart runs the defensive end. This young guns of the league who every team would love to have in their squad together are struggling and not really able to pull up with wins for the team.

The Boston Celtics this season have won many such match-ups which gives them the title of Championship contender team and have even lost many such match-ups which takes their play-offs spot away. The Celtics have consistently been inconsistent in terms of their performances at both the ends. The team doesn’t really shine the same when it is missing any of it’s star and this season due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols also injuries such games have occurred multiple times when the team is short handed.

One such occasion is the recent match-up of Boston Celtics and Orlando Magic where Celtics missing their offensive runner Jayson Tatum struggled in the second and third quarter of the game after leading by nine point in the first quarter. The team was trailing behind 6 in the second and 15 in the third quarter. But Jaylen Brown had other plans starting the last quarter which was even unexpected by the home crowd itself as it booed the Celtics after third quarter.

The Celtics were struggling with the ball on both the ends and didn’t really seem like the winning team as in final minutes of third quarter they allowed a 20-4 run and started the fourth quarter being down by 12 as Orlando Magic had the Box Score heated up with 77-65 and Celtics allowed a lead of 15 points in third quarter itself. The team also committed 20 Turnovers in just three quarters which gifted the most free points to Orlando Magic helping them to build the lead which made the crowd “boo” at the home team.

Jaylen Brown having other plans started the fourth running hot and dropping 50 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists pushed the game to a head to head close contested match-up in final minutes which resulted in a Overtime win for the Boston Celtics. The Celtics are currently ranked as the 9th seed in the eastern conference with the record of 18 wins and 19 losses and still have enough time to turn things around and get onto pace while making it to the playoffs. Even the team and it’s multiple players and even the coach has come forward and said it many times that it’s just the team effort where everyone has to get better or else it will be tough for the team and they will be just holding themselves back throughout the season not making it big with a mad run.
