D-Book had one of the best performances of his career, also encountering “M-V-P” chants from the Utah crowd.
Though, what is surprising is that Booker ranks 5th among guards in the Western Conference, which the Suns’ coach Williams said, is a joke. Booker went on to say, “I’m in a different phase of my career now … and I’ll let the politics and media popularity contest figure itself out”

The short handed Jazz’s team lost to the in-form Phoenix Suns by a 105-97 margin. Devin booker helped the Suns glide through the first 3 quarters smoothly, but didn’t get a shot in the 4th quarter until 3:45 minutes left to play, when Booker missed a runner. Though D-Book didn’t get enough opportunities in the 4th quarter, Chris Paul sealed the deal for the Suns. The Paul-Booker duo fuelled Suns’ entire game and turned out to be a problem for the Jazz defence, while the Suns’ defence often seemed impenetrable.

The Jazz were short handed in this match, lacking their star players, Donovan Mitchell (out due to a concussion), Rudy Gobert (left calf strain), while at the same time, The Suns didn’t have Deandre Ayton and Jae Crowder who have injuries in their ankle and wrist respectively.

Though the Jazz’s coach believes that the injury ridden team will be back in form soon after their “inconsistent effort”, it’ll be tough to see how they manage to do that.

The Suns stand at the first position in the Western Conference, leading the way with a record of 38-9 this season.

Their Star player, the main man, Devin Booker is averaging 24.5 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.4 assists, having one of the best seasons in his career while also leading the way for his team, while also being assisted by the other half of the duo, Chris Paul and their entire team.

The Suns seem to be making the best out of the momentum their players posses right now, and it is going to be tough for any team to bring out the perfect strategy to beat Suns, keeping in mind the form they are in right now.
