Stephen Curry doesn’t miss, even when it’s about roasting a fellow player, and this time, that player was Karl Anthony Towns, who was on the receiving end of some hilarious grilling from the 3-point king, Stephen Curry. Curry managed to hilariously roast Karl Anthony Towns during the NBA All-Stars Game 2022 held in the city of Cleveland which was in awe of the shooting masterclass put up by Curry and witnessed a record-shattering by the player that night. Karl Anthony Towns was in form on some other day and couldn’t help but laugh at being roasted by Curry that night.
Curry turned up the heat at the night of the NBA All-Stars game as he shot 16-3-pointers in a single game which in itself is a record in the history of the NBA as no one has ever made those many 3s in any game in the history of the sport. As Towns pulled up and shot a 3-pointer, Curry had his eyes set on the ball and was following it even when it was approaching the basket, and realized that the ball wouldn’t land in the rim. As soon as the ball fell back, Curry didn’t miss the chance and declared, “3-point champ! Different day! It’s a different day” as he pointed out that the 3-point champ couldn’t maintain his consistency with the shooting that night.
