When the Los Angeles Lakers travelled on road to lock horns against the in-form Toronto Raptors, Drake was one of the many supporters for the home team, who expected an easy win. But with LeBron James and Russell Westbrook having enough embarrassment, courtesy to losses in away games, the veteran duo was in no mood to let-go off another win, at any cost.

With the Toronto Raptors having the possession of the wall, with over 10 seconds on the clock, Westbrook picked the pocket of Scottie Barnes, raced down the court and knocked a unexpected 3-pointer to tie the game and take it to OT.  

Safe to say, everyone else in the Scotiabank Center felt the exact same way. Russell Westbrook came up huge for the Lakers, who collected their first road win in 11 games. The veteran was truly a Swiss Army knife in this contest, posting a stat line of 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists while going 4 for 7 from three-point territory. He was previously shooting just 11% in the month of March from deep.

The Lakers then went onto outscore the home team 12-7 to break their 11-game losing jinx on road, to finally register a much-required win against their name. With just over 10 games remaining to end the regular season for them, the Lakers would be looking for their best form in order to stand any chance against the in-form sides in the playoffs and play-in tournament. And this form of Brodie, if continued for long, can prove to be huge for the purple and gold.
