James Harden in the match-up against the Toronto Raptors failed to step up in the clutch time and sold the game away. He had a real shot to tie the game or even register a win for the team but a flagrant foul from his side gave the dub to Toronto Raptors. Fans are already criticizing and trolling him as he choked in the final minutes of the game. Many also want him to go back to Brooklyn Nets as they think the franchise has made a mistake giving away a lot of core and future for a player like him. He showcased no responsibility, veteran-like leadership or efforts in the matchup as a foolish play in the final seconds from his side is one of the main reasons for the loss.

In the game, James Harden had 17 points, 8 assists and 9 rebounds but there was no big-time contribution or a veteran role seen from his side. In the fourth quarter, he was a complete mess as he turned the ball over several times and missed many clutch shots to cut or get the lead. During the final timeout with 37.3 seconds remaining for the game to end where the results where u predictable (89-86) James Harden was seen disagreeing with Doc Rivers as he made some faces and exchanged some words before leaving back to the court.
