The Brooklyn Nets are the top most team in the Eastern Conference even when they do not have Kyrie Irving at their disposal in the NBA 2021-22 Season. However, in their most recent clash, the Nets travel to lock horns against the cross-town rivals, New York Knicks in an epic showdown. As the game heads into halftime, it is James Harden who seems to leading the home team and hoop fans cannot have enough of it.
Going into the halftime, the Nets trailed only by 1-point courtesy to James Harden’s exceptional 28 points. With Kevin Durant and Patty Mills struggling to register consecutive points, the Beard seems to get his swagger back as the Beard dominated the Knicks’ defenders in the paint. Moreover, in the Nets vs Knicks showdown, James Harden is currently leading the individual scoring charts.

Twitter hails James Harden for hard-fought effort
If Brooklyn wants to win an NBA title, they need James Harden to continue playing at an All-Star level. Earlier in the season, Harden was not playing anywhere near the level that the Brooklyn Nets needed him to be at.
If James Harden can just add in 25 points per game, as he has done for most of his career, Kevin Durant can do the rest and help this Brooklyn team win a championship. Having said that, especially with the likes of Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks improving their trajectory game after game, James Harden needs to come back to his veteran best in order to help the Brooklyn Nets maintain their top claim in the respective standings.
