I can’t F*cking Stand that Pu**y: Giannis Antetokounmpo after an ‘And-1’ on Smart

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Marcus Smart
Giannis Antetokounmpo is currently into the 9th season of his career and has already built an impressive resume. He is 2x MVP, 1x Defensive Player of the Year, multiple All-Star and All-NBA selections, NBA champion and one of the Top-75 NBA Players of All-Time.

As sweet and funny he may be off-the-court, Giannis always brings his aggression and passion on the court. Hence, he is also known as the Greek Freak. Giannis’ aggression took an ugly form when he had some words for Marcus Smart.

Smart’s plan to draw charge on Giannis Antetokounmpo went awry
During the Christmas Day game between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Boston Celtics, Giannis tried to attempt a layup. Marcus Smart took this grave task to try and draw a Charge on Giannis.
Smart stood in the way of the Greek Freak, who was coming at the rim with a head full of steam. Giannis was going for the dunk when he was interrupted mid-air by Smart’s body and tried to adjust for a layup. The layup was good and it went in. Both Smart and Giannis fell to the ground. Giannis got the and-1 and Smart’s plan to draw the Charge failed.

Giannis was clearly fired up after this play and upon getting up, started yelling to his teammates- “I can’t f*cking stand this P**sy”. Although he didn’t say it to Smart directly, it is clear that he was referring to Smart.
Marcus Smart has tried to defend and draw fouls on Giannis several times over the years. He is an exceptional defender and is often willing to put his body on the line to draw fouls. Giannis even once praised him in the past saying – “Marcus Smart is a great player, he brings a lot to the team… he’s a great facilitator…”
