Shaquille O’Neal was the most dominant player of his era; his opponent was not able to figure out how to stop when he was in his prime. Shaq played in NBA for almost 19 years, in his whole NBA career he played for six teams i.e. Magics, Lakers, Heats, Celtics, Cavaliers, and Suns. Meanwhile, he won four NBA championships three with the Lakers and one with the Heats.
Shaq played basketball not only for the franchises but he also represented America in the 1996 Olympics where he won the gold medal for the country. Even with such an illustrious career and achievement he still feels envious of Tom Brady and Michael Jordan when the championship numbers come into the debate.

In a recent interview, Shaquille O’Neal revealed that he has not achieved much like Brady and Jordan who have ruled their respective league with their exceptional gameplays and hard work. He wanted to be like them and is jealous that he didn’t make achievements like those legends.
Shaq said, “At some point, you have to give it up, and also for guys like us, we want to be able to look at our book and say, ‘I have a hell of a book’. Like my book is okay. I got four rings.”
Later, he added, “But his book, him and Jordan, guys like Magic and Bill Russell, they have like unbelievable books. I went to the finals ten times. Won eight, so I mean, I kinda wish my book was like that. I’m jealous of guys like Tom and Michael, but at least I have a book.”

The former MVP has made his appearance in NBA finals six times out of which he was able to win the championship four times. He has surely achieved a respectable number of titles but it’s sure if you look into your career and compare it to the career of legends like Tom (7 NFL championships) and Michael (6 NBA championships), it will fill you with regrets that you should have worked harder to get the same numbers.
