Milwaukee Bucks swingman Khris Middleton had another historic performance to lead his team to a huge Game 3 win over the Atlanta Hawks. Khris Middleton put on a show in the game’s final 12 minutes as he scored 20 of his game-high of 38 points to help Milwaukee steal the 113-102 road win behind the 29-year-old’s herculean effort. The primary shooter was almost perfect beyond the range.

Khris Middleton to the rescue

After going cold in the first two games of the series, scoring just 15 points per game on a 33% clip, Khris Middleton shrugged off the rust and exploded in Game 3. The Bucks swingman gave the Hawks defense all sorts of problems on Sunday as he was basically knocking down all the shots he put up, especially in the fourth. The two-time All-Star shot 15-26 from the field, including 6-12 (50%) from deep, spearheading a huge fourth-quarter run to outscore the Hawks 30-17.

Trae Young was steaming hot in the game, however the unfortunate turn of events did not favor him. As soon as he left the court, the Hawks crippled on defense. Middleton took advantage while shooting uncontested three pointers. With all the attention being on two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton has found ways to be effective in his own ways. He’s been huge for the Bucks this postseason, averaging 22 points per outing, and has been a key barometer for Milwaukee as they continue their impressive 2020-21 campaign.
