“Watch me steal the show” Kyrie Irving wants to fight Rajon Rondo for low a** move

Kyrie Irving and Rajon Rondo

Brooklyn Nets faced the Cleveland Cavaliers in another easy affair as Kyrie Irving stole the show, taking his team to a classic dub in the Barclays Center. Irving led the way for his team with 34 points, and these were points which came in style, shocking the Cleveland team which had no other option than fighting the player. In order to win a fight against someone, you always put in your best bet, and for the Cavaliers, it was none other than Rajon Rondo, who is always ready to fight, and he just doesn’t pretend, he takes it to his heart.

Rondo and Irving had some heated moments in the match which were enjoyed by the entire crowd as the latter destroyed the Cavaliers following the incident, giving them what they “deserved”.

Rajon Rondo has a degree in getting on peoples’ nerves, and often uses his mastery when his game doesn’t work out very well, exactly such was the case in his game against the Brooklyn Nets where he faced players who excel in stealing the show, even from the likes of Rondo and others, who are used to being the main attraction. Kyrie Irving did the exact same thing that Rondo hates, and got on his nerves by being his natural self, just moving effortlessly and hitting the shots with sauce. Keeping that in mind, really how easy is it to piss Rondo off? Very easy, it seems.

The Brooklyn Nets managed to take another comfortable win as the team cruised past their rivals Cleveland Cavaliers with a 7-point margin, the major credits for which go to their start player Kyrie Irving, who was so insistent on stealing the show that it pissed some people off from the other team, and made them fight him in order to still remain relevant, something which has lately been a problem.

With just over 3 minutes left in the first quarter and 11 seconds left on the shot clock, Kevin Durant was fouled by Cavaliers’ Lamar Stevens while Irving had the ball. Irving came face to face with his rival Rajon Rondo, who was still after him despite the foul call, the former hit a pump fake and managed to piss him off by still moving around and pretending to make plays. Irving kept moving with the ball and went to the right as Rondo followed him, while being right in his face.

The fight between the players

It felt as if he was stuck to Irving by glue, and you could sense it that Rondo didn’t like being played with like that. Eventually Irving shoved him aside and the players came very close after which the referees had to intervene and take them away from each other.

After this sequence, Kyrie Irving went on a shooting spree and made flawless moves which the Cavaliers had no answer to. Irving shot a flawless three and then went on to shoot a difficult fadeaway 2-pointer from the paint increasing the team’s lead to 12 points, and this all seemed to be the result of Rondo’s antics which pushed the player to prove himself and tell people that he was the showman and the man in the arena in that game.

Let us now take a closer look at the game between the Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers.
