San Antonio Spurs hosted Portland Trailblazers, and with the win against the Blazers, LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers are almost practically out of the running for the Play-in Tournament. It is a pity that the Lakers who were the favorites to win the NBA title have failed so badly, they are not even in contention for the play-in tournament as well.

San Antonio Spurs have had a roller coaster ride in the NBA this season, with them losing games due to various uncertainties and have slowly and gradually changed It around, they had changed their scenario in the league, San Antonio Spurs fans are in heaven after finding their team in the play-in tournament, they are looking like a team that could finally finish of the season for the Lakers.
The San Antonio Spurs hosted the Portland Trailblazers at the AT&T Center. The first half looked like a fight from the team from Portland, but the second half was a complete annihilation for the Blazers, with KEldom Johnson dropping 28-points, he was loving the game as much after dropping 3’s on the Blazers, every 3-pointer he scored must’ve felt the dagger driving in the heart of the Lakers, as they stray further down the table.
The Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James are finished
The Los Angeles Lakers, at the start of the season, looked like a team that was packing serious heat, and many considered them to win this season’s NBA title, which meant a 5th for King LeBron James. With the addition of Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony, it looked a bit depressing with age, as they have a very old-looking lineup, a team of veterans, and a very few young players who could bring in the energy and pace in the game.
The Lakers have fallen badly on their face, and things don’t look good for them, and they have now fallen out of the play-in spots and are 2 wins behind the Spurs already as they look to play the Phoenix Suns next, with the Golden State Warriors, the Oklahoma Thunders and end the regular season playing against the Denver Nuggets. Lakers will have to win all 4 of the remaining games to even have a chance to qualify for the play-in tournament and hope the Spurs lose their remaining games, these scenarios are highly unlikely only due to the fact that the Lakers can’t win against such teams, who are in the playoff spots and Lakers don’t have any sort of form going forward.
