Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are the only two heroes left in the Brooklyn Nets. As their Big 3 broke with James Harden wanting out of Brooklyn to play with Joel Embiid at Philadelphia 76ers. James Harden even blamed Kyrie Irving for his departure targeting him being unvaccinated and only a part-time player for the team. But later in his interviews as a Sixer, he revealed how he always wanted to play alongside Joel Embiid and Philadelphia 76ers was always his preference.

Recently, the Charlotte Hornets hosted the Brooklyn Nets at Spectrum Center. After a closely contested and head-to-head match-up between the two, the Brooklyn Nets outshined the Charlotte Hornets. As the final box score stands at 121-132 favoring the Nets. Currently, the Brooklyn Nets are ranked as the 8^th seed in the eastern conference with the record being tied at 33 wins and 33 losses at .500 since the team being shorthanded suffered a lot when the stars were out.

Kyrie gets the most credit for the win. As in the game, he dropped a 50 point bomb with 6 assists and 3 rebounds. Kyrie in the game was 15-19 from the field and 6-12 from downtown while making 11 out of 13 free throws attempted. A video clip of Kevin Durant and him celebrating his 50 point performance stands viral on the internet as the game proved Harden’s departure doesn’t really matter much for the team.

With fifty-five seconds remaining for the game to end Kyrie grabbed his 50^th point and when a timeout was called with 40 seconds remaining for the game to end. He and Kevin Durant were seen celebrating his performance as they dabbed each other up with big smiles on their faces. As they teamed up after a while and it was a piece of destruction to let everybody around the league know they are back in the run.
