Recently, the Denver Nuggets hosted the New Orleans Pelicans at Ball Arena. After a closely contested and head-to-head match-up which took the game to overtime. The Nikola Jokic led Nuggets got the last laugh as they outshined the Pelicans. The final box score stands at 138-130 favoring the Nuggets. Currently, the New Orleans Pelicans are ranked as the 10th seed in the western conference with the record of 27 wins and 37 losses at .422 as they struggle to find their track back in the run to the postseason.
Brandon Ingram had himself a night as he dropped 38 points, 9 assists and 5 rebounds in 40 minutes while also breaking the internet with an epic buzzer-beater of his. The clip of the shot stands viral on the internet as fans reacting to it post their reactions around. Brandon Ingram inbounded the ball with around four seconds remaining for the second quarter to end. Coming up with the ball near the half-court BI was contested as Austin Rivers and Will Barton double-teamed on him. But with just a second remaining for the quarter to end Brandon Ingram tossed the ball up in the air directing it towards the rim and as it went in, three easy points were fetched.
