“What do you exactly do” 4xNBA Champion reacts on Russell Westbrook’s trade situation going into 2022-23 season

Russell Westbrook and Draymond Green
A 4-time NBA champion and Golden State Warriors star player Draymond Green recently spoke in support of Los Angeles Lakers Russell Westbrook. In an interview, Green talked about the consequences Russell is facing, and how it was a bad idea to pair up Westbrook with NBA legend LeBron James. Russell had a disastrous last season with the LA Lakers, scoring his worse average only after his second NBA season.

Draymond Green said, “Who wouldn’t ask for Russell Westbrook? You’ll be out of your mind not to ask for him. It’s a terrible fit. I one hundred percent think the fit is terrible. I don’t think you can talk to Russell Westbrook right now, Russell Westbrook would think the fit is terrible.” He further added, “Nonetheless, just because the fit is terrible don’t mean you don’t go for it. Because guess what, if you go for it and it works, then you got a championship… If you can get Russell Westbrook, you get him and try to make that work because if it works, who is going to stop you?”
Many people held Russell Westbrook responsible for the Los Angeles Lakers not making it to the playoffs last season. Green thinks that it is unfair for the people to blame only one person, also it will be easier for the Lakers to move Russell as his contract is on the verge of expiring. He is unsure how this will work out, but he urged the LA Lakers management to find a way. The lakers were in despair when most of their star players were injured, forcing them to pair up Russell Westbrook with LeBron James.
Russell Westbrook is selling his Brentwood property

LA Lakers deserted player Russell Westbrook plans to sell his 13,500-square-foot Brentwood mansion near his old UCLA stomping grounds. He first purchased the six-bedroom house in 2018 while he was still playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder, for the hefty price of $19.75 million. Now, the All-star is listing the estate for a whopping $29.995 million. Along with the bedrooms, the house is decked up with a movie theatre, a gym, a wine room, and a bar. The house has been on the market list since late 2020, though in Los Angeles, it has been declining somewhat since July.
