Edwards has become a fan favourite for his high-flying playstyle and defensive ability but also his personality and attitude off the court. And with his improvement, The Timberwolves must be satisfied as he is going to be the face of the team and will likely be someone Minnesota builds around.

With Edwards saying that he has been improving every aspect of his game is a good sign for the Wolves as they require the most from Ant-Man. The Wolves lack depth in the point guard position with just D’Angelo Russell and Jordan Mclaughlin, Edwards has to make his teammates better through the set-up of his passes. And with Gobert, on the team now an elite screener, Edwards already a good scorer can open up and have more opportunities to take shots.
