Jayson Tatum, the 26-year-old who has made his mark among some of the greatest players already has a lot of popularity off the court. Being a celebrity athlete, Tatum often gets to partner with big-time brands. While the Celtic has an endorsement deal with the Jordan brand, he also promotes other fashion brands.
Recently, Tatum collaborated with Coach, showing off the shades as well as the watch. It’s nothing new for an athlete like him to make such collaborations. However, the reactions from players around the league were nothing short of trolls. Bam Adebayo, who has faced Tatum and the Celtics in the Conference Finals thrice, commented on JT’s latest post on Instagram.

The two are suspected to be rivals, but it’s not the case off the court. However, the ongoing rivalry between the Celtics and the Heat is quite looked upon as the two squads have dominated the East for the past four years. The Heat has come up victorious most of the time when facing the Celtics in the postseason.
Jayson Tatum and Bam Adebayo are rivals strictly on the court
Bam Adebayo once told in an interview that he had known Tatum since he was 12 years old. Being loyal to their franchises, the two are not exactly friendly on the court. The Heat have defeated the Celtics twice in the Conference Finals, whereas Boston has only managed to do the same once. Respecting the teams’ rivalry while on the court, both players share a healthy frenemy relationship.
Jayson Tatum and the Celtics are currently the best teams in the league. Having the best odds of winning the championship this season, the top team will look to make a deeper run in the playoffs similar to last year. In the previous postseason, the Celtics became the first team in history to force a Game 7 after being down 0-3.
Led by JT and Jaylen Brown, the Celtics are cruising with a record of 57-15. Only 10 games remain in the regular season, and the Celtics are on their way to finishing the season as the best team in the league. The Celtics might face Miami in the third round of the playoffs, as the Heat continues to fight for the 6th seed. It will be interesting to see how far the Heat can get as the regular season ends.
