Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla made it into the headlines as his bizarre scouting reports leaked. Joe’s account was found on an app helpful for students to learn and memorize, wherein the spoken off report studied some of the most prominent names in the NBA league.

One of the Twitter users, who is also an NBA fan, came across the Celtics head coach account when she was using the app ‘Quizlet’ to prepare for a Suns game at Footprint Center. She tweeted regarding the same as it is unclear when Joe must have used this account. It showed 43 different scouting reports for various players around the league. The account was seen to be last active in April 2021, when Joe was still serving as an assistant for Ime Udoka.

Joe Mazzulla is the second-youngest head coach in the NBA, behind Will Hardy of the Utah Jazz. The 34-year-old has led Boston to an impressive 22-7 record this NBA season after taking over for the suspended Ime Udoka in September. But before all that, he was known just as a mere assistant coach. He used Quizlet, an online app popular with students worldwide, to study information while still serving as an assistant coach.  

His scouting reports got leaked and surfaced online. When questioned about the reports, Mazzulla stated that Quizlet is an excellent resource for retaining information.

These reports might be the most embarrassing NBA team plans ever to be leaked. Boston Celtics have flourished under Mazzulla, and their record speaks for themselves.

They are one of the top contenders for the NBA title this season and can pose a great threat to the Golden State Warriors crown. Their superstar duo of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum are breathing fire and are one of the main reasons the team is flourishing, along with coach Mazzulla’s tactics.

That being said, Joe Mazzulla’s top-seeded Boston Celtics are scheduled to clash against the depleted and unpredictable Orlando Magic next.
