“Is he going to a club or EC Finals?” Celtics star Marcus Smart gets heavily trolled because of a fan-made hilarious version of his huddle

Marcus Smart didn’t suit up for the Boston Celtics against the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the eastern conference finals but still has made it to the headlines. As the internet stands undefeated and so do the fans who leave no opportunity to troll a player or send out the memes. Some fans have a video viral and all over the internet as they put some very hilarious subtitles on a Marcus Smart huddle video where the Defensive Player of the Year was actually motivating his team and challenging them to go out and get the job done. But the viral version made by the fans has the video looking like the DPOY is recruiting his teammates to get a visit to a club in Miami.

Marcus Smart missed the Game 1 against the Miami Heat because of a right mid-foot sprain. He has great chances of returning back and healthy in Game 2 to get the job done. But his and Al Horford’s absence in the first battle cost them the game as the Miami Heat leads the series 1-0. Miami Heat hosted the Boston Celtics at FTX Arena for Game 1 of the conference finals. The game was closely contested and head to head all the time with the Marcus Smart less Boston Celtics being the favored one to win. But the third quarter heroics of the Miami Heat under the leadership of Jimmy Butler (outscored the Celtics by 39-14) eventually got them the dub and the Celtics, unfortunately, ended up on the losing end.

It all started going south in the third quarter when the Celtics fell down on the defensive and offensive end with some chemistry issues and miscommunication which eventually sold out a well-controlled game. Marcus Smart who was sitting on the bench wasn’t able to spectate it all going wrong. So he decided to call upon his whole team during a timeout and motivating them challenged them to go all-in out there and get the dub. But that didn’t really happen and the internet got something else done with that video clip of Marcus Smart.

Fans react to the fan-made version of Marcus Smart’s huddle

The viral video clip with the perfectly timed subtitles is making Marcus Smart look like he is quoting: “If we all split a table, it won’t be that much. The girls will come to us. C’mon Boys, we are in Miami. I’ll text the promoter right now.” These subtitles really made a very serious clip probably the most hilarious one out there. As it made Marcus Smart look like he is recruiting his mates to a club to enjoy some time in Miami and his outfit is also backing up everything.
