Former NBA star Dwight Howard may have ended his career in the league, but he’s still actively playing basketball overseas in Taiwan. However, Howard couldn’t resist making a hilarious reaction to some of the big names who were eliminated from the 2023 NBA playoffs. In a humorous way, the 2019-20 NBA champion extended an invitation to several players to join him and form a superteam in Taiwan.

Howard’s message included prominent players like Kevin Durant, James Harden, Klay Thompson, and more. He said: “Jordan Poole, come on. Julius Randle, come on. Ben Simmons, come on, man. Nobody beating nobody. Klay, you can slide down here too, my boy. Deandre Ayton, you and CP3, come on. KD, come on, KD. They talking ’bout him coming back to Houston, but I think this might be a better look, James Harden, come on down too, boy.”

But Howard didn’t stop there. He also reached out to Memphis Grizzlies’ star, Ja Morant, after the young guard faced suspension for flashing a gun on his friend’s Instagram live. Howard tweeted, “Aye Ja, you gone get it right! I’m still with you if anyone else ain’t. You could come out here to Taiwan if anything. Just leave it at home.”

Despite the criticism surrounding his decision to play in Taiwan instead of the NBA, Dwight Howard appears to be enjoying his time overseas. Not only is he actively playing basketball, but he also recently shot a hilarious commercial in Taiwan that showcased his unique personality.

In a recent tweet including his commercial, Howard delivers an amusing message, saying, “In 100 years, none of us will be here. Just go live. And no more English, especially if it’s negative.”

While some may argue that playing in Taiwan is a step down from the NBA, Howard seems happy with his decision. He has taken the opportunity to continue playing the sport he loves, entertaining fans both on and off the court.

Dwight Howard’s time in Taiwan should not overshadow his significant contributions to the NBA throughout his career. As an eight-time NBA All-Star, three-time Defensive Player of the Year, and an NBA champion, Howard’s impact on the game cannot be understated. His decision to explore new horizons should be seen as a personal choice.
