The Milwaukee Bucks were on a charge since the All-Star break. More recently, they were to play against the Sacramento Kings who have not beaten them in eight years. So, it should have been a pretty easy matchup for the 2nd best team in the East. Instead, the Bucks were handed a 35-point blowout loss. The Bucks’ lackluster offense was down to Damian Lillard. And fans did not hesitate to bash the superstar for his poor outing.

Heading into tonight’s game against the Sacramento Kings, the Milwaukee Bucks needed to keep their form. 2nd place in the East is not safe with other teams breathing down their necks. The Kings rallied in the 1st half to lead by 19 points. No matter what the Bucks tried, they could not go toe to toe with the Kings. Damian Lillard was the main culprit. Shooting a woeful 16.7 % from the field, led to the Bucks suffering a heavy defeat. Basketball fans were not quiet, when watching the disastrous numbers, the superstar put up tonight.

Lillard had the worst field goal percentage of any player on the floor. A player of his caliber is supposed to at least play better than the 10 points he managed despite playing 33 minutes in the game. Of those 10 points, 5 were from free throws. It goes to show how poor his night was.

The Sacramento Kings won the game 129-94 on the back of impressive performances from their leading trio and sufficient production from their bench. The Milwaukee Bucks wasted another superlative performance from Giannis Antetokounmpo. Consequently, it was his all-star teammate to blame for this loss.

Fans rip into Damian Lillard for poor outing

Basketball fans go to arenas or tune into every game with the hopes of being entertained by some good basketball. Specifically, that entertainment comes from the league’s leading superstars. As a result, fans of the game expected the same from Damian Lillard tonight. But they were sorely disappointed with Lillard’s downright poor showing.
