“Grow a pair of f**king b***s” – Damian Lillard UPSET at Trail Blazers for drafting Scoot Henderson, NBA Twitter SICK of superstar’s drama
Damian Lillard unhappy with the Blazers for using the 3rd overall draft pick.
Scoot Henderson and Damian Lillard
Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers like the past off-seasons are ruling the NBA headlines again. The future of the All-Star guard with the franchise is once again uncertain. The rumors claim they are done and so does Lillard’s IG Live sessions and actions on social media. But the Portland Trailblazers are still keeping the hopes alive and trying to build around him by getting a superstar.
But let’s not forget how the Portland Trail Blazers have failed to land any superstar alongside Damian Lillard for the past decade. And, the story this offseason looks the same again. They had a great chance to bring in a superstar by the Draft Day by exchanging their 3rd overall pick. But the front office didn’t do any of that and instead of bringing a star to the team they drafted Scoot Henderson.
This move by the Portland Trailblazers has Damian Lillard upset as reports claim he and his people were not thrilled with the pick being used. But still, Dame isn’t going to rush any decision. This might be the time for Lillard to force his way out of the Blazers as the front office is just not able to bring any superstar on board. Also, the internet is already done with this drama and wants it to end as soon as possible.
Twitter reacts to Damian Lillard being upset with the Blazers for using 3rd overall pick
The Portland Trail Blazers aren’t wrong drafting Scoot Henderson. As they are investing in the future and even keeping their hopes alive at the same time where they can exchange him for a superstar to build around Lillard. But the internet believes it’s time that they part ways and move ahead. As they have started hating this drama between them. You can find some of the many reactions posted by fans on Twitter here below:
Lillard is still one of the best ballers in the league and coming off a career year where he proved his greatness. But still, he isn’t enough to carry a team to a Title and he needs some good help to get the job done.
And, if the Blazers try to provide that to him the chances of them losing their future for an uncertain run are real. So as many on the internet believe it really is the right time for them to part ways with Damian Lillard and start a rebuild to get better.
